Q5. What is a JCB card.
A. A JCB card is a Japan Credit Bureau Card, it is not acceptable
by our merchant providers and sometimes you will struggle when using this card
to place orders on the net.
Q6. Why can’t my e-mail order update enquiry be answered
immediately.
A. It is always more beneficial to speak to customer service for an immediate
response. As you may realise hundreds of e-mails are received weekly. If staff
concentrate on responding to each one, orders will be further delayed. We will
respond promptly if orders take more that 28 days.
Q7. Why is my credit care not acceptable.
A. There could be a combination of reasons, discrepancies
between the card details, card out of date, security issues or JCB card.
Q8. Must my order be delivered to my billing address.
A. The goods you ordered will be delivered to your billing
address but may be delivered to another address specified at the time the order
was made.
Q9. If goods are out of stock or discontinued when I place
my order do I get a replacement or is my money reimbursed.
A. If out of stock (OOS) then order is held for 28days and
either despatched in total or part with the OOS item sent thereafter. If discontinued
- a substitute is sent where there has been a direct replacement or a refund
is sent if item is not replaceable.
Q10. If my order was never received how do I prove this and
get a replacement.
A. A written letter is required from you so it can be sent
to the Post Office. On receipt of this evidence the goods are automatically
replaced.
